Theft - on 02-20-07 I faxed Advantage Corporation a letter revoking their right to charge my credit card for any more of their services because I thought they were operating outside of the law and were committing fraud. The next day I received a phone message acknowledging receipt of the cancellation.
On March 15 they proceeded to charge my credit card again.
They setup illegitimate Nevada corporations for individuals who do not reside in Nevada and claim that it is perfectly legal. They charge $49.95 a month to forward mail that is addressed to the corporation to make it appear that the owners/officers actually reside in Nevada, when they really live out-of-state.
Deception A company called the Tax Club refers business to Advantage Corporation and together they cheat consumers out of thousands of dollars for services that are designed to defraud the IRS. These services include setting up corporations when they are not necessary or within IRS guidelines.
