Beware of this company based in Nevada. They are a scam.
They will take your money to set up a corporation for you and get you business lines of credit. Once you pay them (very hard sell from Kimberly Simth by the way... She will promise you the moon and then offer to pray for you at the same time) you will be unable to reach them again.
I've tried to resolve my issues with them for 6 months. Eventually they got $3,000 from me and refused to complete the transactions they promised. Fyi... They lie.
For one thing, do not believe them when they say they can get you business lines of credit.in today's climate this is almost impossible. Unfortunately the people involved in this company will tell you anything you want to hear and it sounds so wonderful. They make it sound like, and I'm not kidding you here, they can get you all this wonderful "free" money. Like you don't have to pay it back! Kimberly Simth will tell you she has connections all over the country who can get you m o n e y by the bucketful so you can pay off everything you owe Nevada State Corp! No worries!
If you want to set up a corporation in your state, do it through your secretary of state's website. It will cost you a fraction of the money and it will be a ligitimate corporation and not some Nevada corp that you have to register in your state anyway for probably hundreds of dollars more then it would have cost you to set it up to start with.
In my State I could have set up a LLC for $300. It cost me more then twice that to register the Nevada corp they gave me, in my state... Which you must do. If you live in say Oklahoma or Kansas you will have to register the Nevada corp in that state. Remember, Nevada State Corp can't set up a corporations in your state. They can only give you a Nevada corp! They don't have the legal latitude to set up corporations anywhere but Nevada. They will not tell you this before you have handed over your hard earned $'s.
I have been in absolute agony over this bum deal but I'm stuck with well over $3,000 in credit card charges interest, phone set up, business cards, etc. And nothing to show for it.
Do your own thing. Believe me in the end it will be worth it and do not count on getting business lines of credit right now, especially with a brand new corp. It is not going to happen until well into next year.
I know this is a long drawn out explanation but if I can save one person from being taken in by this company it will give me some measure of satisfaction.
