I too am a victim of Jae Michael Henderson who ripped me off for $1,400. He LIED to the State of Texas licensing board by saying he was working under the license of an Honest licensed agency... This is a Felony in the state of Texas! And luckily, I have it IN WRITING from the State of Texas ;~)
His promises of a partial refund have also been lies and I am in the process of gathering the evidence I've collected to file complaints in the state of Texas and Washington (the only state I can find he actually holds a license!) and I will send a copy to the state of Georgia... Who denied him a license ;) Don't forget wire fraud too everyone... You can file that one online and then they mail you a form to fill out.
I have gathered a Lot of evidence on him... Thank you rip off for providing me with clues to follow ;) I would suggest other victims also file complaints with the state appropriate licensing boards - and ALL with Washington! His threats and intimidation do not scare me, although I'm sure he is sleazy enough to be capable of much... Hear me whatever your real name is... You don't scare me, you make me sick Mr. Henderson! Come to my house to make good on your threats and you will be in for a Big surprise!

And by the way, I am a disabled, Sick grandmother... So there goes your argument. I'm afraid you've been conned too and you will learn (if you open your eyes enough) the truth when he loses his license and is behind bars for felony charges... Which won't be soon enough!
