Vonia and Leo Serakos, owners of Bernardo Flooring stole their customers deposit monies, including my deposit for $2,750.00 They have left San Diego and moved to San Antonio Texas.
These criminals are being investigated by the California State Contractos Licensing Board for conducting business on a suspended license and stealing customers deposit monies.
