Ripoff never sent package of rubber duckies duck ducky or refund

This company took my online payment and never sent the package and refuse to give me a refund. It has been almost 4 months now and they refuse to answer my emails since I stopped accepting offers to re-ship and started asking for a refund. The phone # on the website is bogus, too. Total scam artists, nothin' but a ripoff. Don't order from this website!
