We ordered a new window from consumers choice in september 1999. They installed a poor quality window and severly damaged our walls at the same time. The first window fell apart after a month, the second window fell out on our 7 year old daughter while she sat on the couch watching t.V.
They also refused to repair the walls, telling my husband he could do it himself. The window was supposed to be tempered glass but it shattered all over the room and cut our daughters arm. The third window which took about 6 weeks to install, is of poor quality and i am afraid to open it just incase it falls out.
The walls are still a mess. It has been almost a year and the company refuses to return my calls. Been dealing with the BBB since april with no great success there either. Why doesen't the Better Business Bureau respond? Do not use the company atlantic vinyl windows or consumers choice.
