I Froogled "The Secret" DVD, and Stuff 2 Buy came up with a price of $19.99, compared to $29.95 retail, and stated:

At the time, the accepted PayPal, so thinking it was a safe way to go, so I ordered. I immediately received an email from Stuff 2 Buy stating they got my order, and that I would receive another email when it is shipped. After a week, and no such email, I try to contact the company via their (703) phone number listed, and I received a message that the mailbox was full. That's when I knew something wasn't right.
I emailed the company twice, with no response. Then I noticed they had another phone number listed on their main web page (804), and I called it on a weekend. A man answered, and stated that the DVD I ordered should have never been posted, and that their Web Master made a mistake. When I asked for a refund, he said that PayPal froze their account, and that they had no way to refund my money. When I told him to simply mail me a check, he said he had to refund the money in the method it was paid. So, I filed a dispute with PayPal, have waited the 10 days, and they said that Stuff 2 Buy owes me money, but that they don't have enough money in their account to do so. Luckily, I'm only out $23.58, but I've learned a much greater lesson about buying off the Internet these days...
