My daughter order flowers for Valentines day and since it was the 12th she told them they may deliver on the 13th OR 14th. Weel I guess the florist has never driven in snow in Chicago because I never recieved them on EITHER day. I waited another 2 days and still no flowers.
I placed a call to them asked asked what the deal was... I was fully expecting an apology and "we'll get them sent right out" AND "we'll give you a refund because the did not arrive at all"first I spoke with Fatima who of course could do nothing then onto Wes Supervisorwho said they could give me 20% off and still deliver flowers. I said that no one had tried to even deliver for the last 5 days. OH WELL was his response.
I asked for someone highter up and that would be Stevie who again could not do anything. I finally just told them to credit the account and their response was that will be done in 7-10 days.
QUESTION? If they can deduct the $ out right away why can't they put it back just as quick?
