Broad-Band Presents delivered me a notice declaring that used to do not incorporate a backup of the refund form. That morning, I finished both refund types and shipped them towards the target provided. It's been nearly four weeks and that I haven't gotten cost of either of the discounts. I posted a "solution" because they obtain on the web site, but haven't gotten any reaction.
