This company was quick to charge my credit card account and send inferior product. There was no contact information, phone numbers or addresses etc., on invoice so I had to contact them through their "contact us" listed on their web-site.
I wanted to return the 2 purses but they would not tell me where or how to send these back. They finally agreed to give ma a refund for part of the purchase price, we agreed on a price and they were to send me a check.
This went on for several weeks with me having to email them weekly asking "where was my check." This was very discouraging but they finally sent a check.
You guessed it. The check was bad! It cost me more money because my bank charged me a processing fee for submitting this bad check.
The Luxury of King now refuses to answer any of my emails and have accused of pulling a "scam on them" by suggesting they sent me a bad check.
I have a copy of the check and will go to the Attorney General's office here in Florida if I have to.
They have messed with the wrong person. The amount isn't going to break the bank for me but it is the principal of the thing.
