Scammers of SEO Services Lots Of Talk But No Action ripoff

I contracted with Hired Guns Advertising to provide search engine optimization (SEO) services on one Web site. They talked a good game.

At the start of the contract, they provided very little work which included sending me a few files that defined some meta tags that categorized my site into a totally different industry. This showed a lack of interest in the type of Internet business I have contracted them to work with, they didn't do any research and appeared the meta tag information appeared to have been copied from a standard template.

They installed Word Press as a bonus, which could have easily been done through my cPanel. If I had know this was the "bonus" they were talking about, I could have done this myself. No value in this at all.

Then nothing more was done. Each time I contacted them regarding their activities on my account, I was greeted with a line that they will ensure that "Chris from Support" contact me. Well "Chris from Support" never contacted me.

A bi-weekly stat report was to be completed and available during my one year contract. This report was available for about two months. When I contacted them about this, I was greeted with the same senario: "Chris from Support" will contact you. Still nothing from "Chris from Support."

I have been sending emails to Joe Simon of Hired Guns Advertising since October 3, requesting a report on the activities on my account. I have not receive anything other than a line that they're having technical problems and will get back to me. Eventually they asked that I give them a little more time to prepare the report and for me to wait until after the New Year. Well here it is February 20, and still nothing from Hired Guns Advertising.

I requested a refund at the end of January which is within the terms of my contract. However, as they did not provide the services they were contracted to do and they are in breach of the contract, they should provide a full refund.

Before I requested a refund, they at least responded to my emails. Since the request for a refund, they have not responded to any of my emails.

This is a first class Rip Off! I advise Webmasters to stay clear of Hired Guns Advertising (aka hga marketing).

Maybe the name of company has a lot to do with the services they provide: They rob you at gun point and you hired them to do so.
