Product (daybed) was not needed as it had been ordered twice & only needed one. Called before shipment was made to cancel the order. Not acomplished. Upon receiving credit for $248.99 the question came up as to the balance of the order ($430.00) as the total of the order was $678.99.
ANSWER: $430.00 for shipping? That would make the bed ($248.99) less expensive than the shipping charge? RIP-OFF!
The shipping was supposed to be FREE? I would understand I would pay something but $430.00?
Contacted customer service about the excessive charges and was told to read the fine print. Restocking fee! $430.00
