I am truly dissapointed with how a online kohls order was processed with a 14.00 shipping charge. I was assured that due to the order being totaled at 93.00, I qualified for free shipping due to the free shipping amount that needed to be 75.00 or more. After I put in my 30% off coupon, my total came to 71.00, nothing indicated that I would now incur a 14.00 shipping charge, nothing at all. I hope that Kohls does the right thing and refunds my 14.00 shipping charge. This is sneaky and suprising of a reputable store that I have patronized for years.
