This thief calls himself "Jay", but his real name is Joel Jarrett, 11491 Newberry Dr. Frisco, TX 75035, who claims to custom paint model cars for 55.00. I sent him a model car and 55.00. After about six months he claimed car was finished and mailed. Model car never showed up. He emailed postal receipt, which was for a state half way across the country. He offered refund and thats where the contacts stopped. No refund, no completed car, no response to emails or letters. His ignorant wife Alisa is no help either, as she claimed model was mailed also, but could not confirm where it was mailed. I told him in letters if model was lost, I would understand, just refund the money. No response, no apology, no refund. Not a bad business to be in I guess, since the local police claim "My word against his ". Last time I checked, accepting money through the mail and not delivering a product is mail fraud. Postal Service has been notified. There was never any profanity or threats in my letters to him, just asking him to do the right thing. Ignoring me is proof he is a thief and a liar. All model car enthusiasts beware!
