Lingo.com request for number transfer did took 3 months. After number got transfered I was still charged of services fees for an account that no longer existed. New York new york

I requested my phone number to be pulled from my Lingo account, it took over 2-1/2 months and many phone calls to finalize the transfer. Then for months after my number was transfer to another phone company lingo still charged monthly service charges to the account that no longer existed.
