Toys R Us rips people off if you use a dollar amount off coupon and then return only one thing. I had a "$3.00 off any $3.00 purchase" coupon. I spent $90.00 on 6 items. I returned a $7.99 item. I only got back $7.68. They divide the $3.00 off coupon up for each item.
This is not fair! I still spent $82.00 and did not get my $3.00 off. Now I only got $2.69. If I would have returned the $60.00 item, they would have only given me back $57.67 so I would lose $2.32 of my $3.00 off coupon.
This is why I always shop at Wal-Mart. They let you return without a reciept and take coupons off the whole amount.
Toys R Us better get items that can't be found anywhere else, or they will be going out of business like Play World did. The only time I set foot into Toys R Us is when one of my 3 kids want something special that no one else carries.
