Toys R Us rips people off if you use a dollar amount off coupon and then return only one thing. I had a "$3.00 off any $3.00 purchase" coupon. I spent $90.00 on 6 items. I returned a $7.99 item. I only got back $7.68. They divide the $3.00 off coupon up for each item. This is not fair! I ...
