I discontinued service today 2/7/06 after a long period of putting up with poor quality and service. Dropped calls and echo and I went back to at&t. For seven days of service no no refund of any kind. They will not refund any part of the over 25.00. I will gladly pay more to my phone company for accurate and proper business
ethics, the only reason I left in the first place was price and I found you get what you pay for and in this case what I didn't.
