On 3 separate occasions I requested total blocks on my 14-yo's phone: music, video, software downloads, text messaging, etc. Total. Each time, they blocked one or two features and left the others enabled. This amounted to hundreds of dollars billed, and they DID NOT fix the whole problem.
Further, the last rep said that my 14-yo should "take some responsibility." I said, "He's 14. Why don't YOU take responsibility for doing what you say you're going to do?"
I put my "total block" request in writing to them, registered mail, etc., for use in future arguments and possible legal action. If I wasn't locked in ($175 penalty per line cancellation fee), and with my cell number circulating everywhere on my resume, I'd dump them now.
