This company has been charging me for the last 4 months for services I didn't ask for nor have I received anything in return. I called the company and actually was able to talk to an individual. The woman named Tiese or something like that, told me that someone from my household has signed up for membership.
There are only two adults living in my household, and none of us ever asked for anything from them. I asked to cancel my membership immediately and then reported the fraud to my credit card company. The credit card company is issuing me a new card and they will be doing their own investigation into the matter.
I don't understand, how is it that companies or so called companies, can get away with fraud and theft like this, but I am sure this is not the only example.
