I saved for quite a while to purchase a french bulldog. I wanted to see the dog rather than have it shipped site unseen. Since I live in the Dallas area I went to see the dog, explained I wanted a "show" quality dog because I intended to become a breeder in my retirement. No obvious signs of problems when she was really small.
But, as she grew older - all her genetics came out. Mange, bad knee that requires surgery, nasal passages too small need surgery, genitals are irregular, need surgery, pocket under tail flap needs surgery. I think that is enough to get the picture. When I called to get the papers from Danielle, she said I would have to pay an ADDTIONAL $100. And it would take six months.
I paid $2000. For this dog, so I didn't get a discount as she claims with others. When I informed her I couldn't breed the dog and two vets have said all of her problems are heredidtary and she should never have been born let alone be bred to carry on these flaws, Danielle says they don't guaranty that any dog can be bred, etc. Etc. I have already spent over $1000 in vet bills and it would cost several thousand to fix everything. I have asked for a new puppy or refund and of course haven't had any returned calls. Do Not Use these people. I plan to get a lawyer. Thanks, Joette
