We purchased a puppy on line from Danielle in June of he showed up sick with Pneumonia, which ended up with us taking him to the vet in the middle of the night. Danielle did pay a partial payment on this visit. He has had ongoing problems, with Pnuemonia, cherry eye and numerious eye infections.
The whole reason for our complaint today is the issue of papers for our puppy, we were guaranteed papers for him, which we have never received. After numerous phone calls and emails to Daniell, still no papers. I even requested the information on the breeders so I could do some legwork, still no response.
I suggest that anyone that comes into contact or has had an experience with Danielle contact their local authorities, Texas authorities, the better business bureau as well as the ICP (FBI), the AKC and FCI, as we have. Let's make sure that Danielle is not making money on goods that she cannot guarantee.
