I read emails for wingmails.com which is an online paid to read site. After almost a year I reached payout which is $5000.00. I requested to be payed via paypal which is one of their options.
I have not been paid. My earnings show I've been paid but I have not. I've attempted for months to contact the site owner but he ignores my attempts.
I want the money I worked for and was promised would be paid to me. The site boosts that all honest members will be payed. I reported the site and a local policeman contacted me.
He told me that since the site was in Poland that US laws cannot be inforced. I need help finding the right parties to help me get what I am owed and stop this site from rippin off anyone else
