I have not been paid for four jobs that i completed for mva 360 and/or todd hill.

Hello Todd,
I received a returned check from my bank that was payment for services rendered for MVA 360. The check
# is 1354. WHY? I also have another check that I just received from you. Will I get it back as well? I have two jobs that you sent me in the past few days. What do I do? Please let me know ASAP.

Hey Brad,
I was not aware we had any problems with our bank. We have never had any payroll checks get returned and I am very sorry for the problem on this one. I am not sure what happened, but I can promise you if you deposit the current check there will be no problems. You may ether redeposit the check that was returned or I can send you another, which ever you perfer. Please let me know what you want to do and I will take care of it and please do accept my apologies. I am sure with it only being a 40.00 check, that it must have been a bank error. We have a overdraft protection so even if the funds were not there, the check still should have cleared. Also, let me know you bank charges and I will take care of that for you.

Hello Todd,
I have not received a replacement for the check # 1354 that was returned to me by your bank for September
1-15.
My records indicate that I also have not received a check in payment for $45.00 for 7734 Wexford Square that was shot on Oct 9 and sent to you a couple of days after.
My records indicate that I also have not received a check in payment for $45.00 for 3323
Flamingo Basin that was shot on Oct. 20 and sent to you a couple of days later.
My records indicate that I also have not received a check in payment for $40.00 for 25811
Canyon Glen Drive that was shot on November 3 and sent to you a couple of days after. I do understand
that this check is not late and should be sent to me on Nov. 15.
Please tell me when I should expect a check on the first three.

I need to get paid! You stated that the pay periods were every two weeks. You also stated in your last
email of two weeks ago that a check would be sent that week. Well nothing yet... What's the deal? You owe me the following.

posting the following on my website in 24 hours unless
I have a money order in my hand by that time. I will
also make sure that it is in every search engine
online so that anytime anyone looks for MVA 360 this

Post that and I will make sure you do not get paid. I have explained to you time and time that our business has dropped over 75% in the past 2 months becuase of the holiday season. I have all intentions in paying you for your last work. But I assure you, post your message and I will personly make sure you are not paid for any tours. If you do not post the message, I will make sure a money order is received to you by Friday Dec 22nd. If that does not work for you, then post your message and get no pay.

Todd,
I thought that would get your attention.
As far as I am concerned your promise to pay so far is
bogus over and over again you have promised and
nothing. You have broken our contract and agreement
that you made when I started. My trust in you to ever
pay me is very small.
You got paid by the Realtors and you spent it on
yourself. How selfish. You should have saved MY
MONEY in a separate account so you would have it when
payroll was due. That is the way I run my business
... I am the last one to get paid.
I think all photographers that might work for you
should know how you might treat them.
I think I have been reasonable in waiting as long as I
have.
You have one last chance... I will wait until
December 22. If I don't get paid by December
22 with a US Postal Money Order I will post it
and then you will have to deal with your problem that
you have created.
Again, if you do not pay by December 22... I
WILL POST IT AND YOU CAN DEAL WITH IT ANY WAY YOU
WANT.
The DA will deal with you as well.

I did expect to get paid even after all of your other
promisses. I even gave you one last chance for
December 22 and you didn't deliver again. I
have done everything that you wanted... The work, the
delivery, the invoice... Waiting... Waiting and
more waiting and still no pay.
You leave me no choice. If I do not have money from
you in the amount of $177.50 in my paypal account by
12-30-06 at 5:00pm, I will post your emails and my
email replies with all of your promisses that you made
to me on my website. I will make sure all of the
search engines have access to the information. I will
personally enjoy the satisfaction that all other
photographers that may think about working for you
will be warned that you are a lier, cheat, theif and
your word is worthless.

Well guess what as of today january, 20 he does not return phone calls and i still have not received a check... I will be contacting the district attorney about this fraud in the next couple of days.
