We agreed to copy for a sales letter for a set of dvd's. Price was sent through by credit card and the dvd's were sent through by mail.in spite of numerous calls and emails no copy was ever produced and the dvd's (20 in all) were never returned. Very fortunately the credit card company were able to provide a refund. But the dvd's cost c. $100 and were never returned.
Grady Smith has also done this before because I did find a blog site that uncovered the fact he had done exactly the same thing to another European customer.
My advice is don't touch this site with a barge pole:
