They stole my money. I ordered something for my Granddaughter and never got it Ripoff

I ordered a webkinz stuffed dog for my Granddaughter and she never got it. They do not answer my emails or never return any of my calls. Something needs to be done NOW. They should not be allowed to sell on internet
