I ordered a dvd for my granddaughter's christmas present and never got it. I have not been able to contact the company. Payment for this dvd was billed to my credit card

I ordered a dvd from What a Deal dvd and while I have charges on my credit card, the dvd was never shipped to me. This dvd... A whole set... Was a gift for my granddaughter. I am furious and intend to file charges.
