In 1999 after my last driving job somebode had stole some docaments rom a storage building and got a s. C drivind license and got a dui and numerous other tickets i have talked with dac to try to get this remover and dac told me that there was nothing they could do.
The onle cdl i have evry held has been a north carolina and i and held this license ever sense the earley 80s until i moved to delawar in 2000 when i applien applied for a job last year the company i applied for told me that i had some controled substances violations on my license in s. C whick happenen in 2001 and this had black ballled me from driving sence 1999.
Also from my undersyanding if you have a ticket in a stat it only effecit your license for three years i have been working on this for close to 8 years with no resluts if some body could contact me with some advice on how to get this stuff off my dac i wouls gladly appericate.
