I paid for a ladies Seiko watch $100.58 on 12/4/06 as a Christmas present for my daughter. On 12/12/06 I received an email from them indicating all the shipping on orders were being upgraded to arrive before the holiday. Then on 12/20/06 I received another email indicating they could not ship and did I mind waiting until March 31st 2007 or that I could also cancel the order. I promptly cancelled the order. On 1/2 I again contacted the seller and reiterated that I had cancelled and wanted a refund. After again not receiving a refund or a response, on 1/9 I contacted GoogleCheckout and customer via email of my request for refund. On 1/9 I also called their phone number and let my information as their IVR system requested. To date 1/12 I have not heard anything from Luxury Tree or Allwatchesonsale All Watches On Sale. Company is a scam. They have not updated their website or the voice mail greeting on their IVR from the holidays. On their website there is still a link to GoogleCheckout. I guess they don't police their affiliates.
