On 10/05 I was home from work sick. A gril came to my door selling subscriptions. She as very persistant and I finally bought magazine and she left. Total for magazine ws $55.00 and it was suppose to be a cildrens magazine.
When the magazine came in it was NOT for children but a magazine telling you HOW TO entertain children. Nothing like what I had been told it was.
I called the company and told them I was not happy with this magazine, it was not what I was told it was, and wanted to cancel subscription. I was told I would have to choose another magazine or doante the money to chaity. This was money I paid for a magazine, not happy with and could not cancel due to not being satisfied.
If it had of been a department store I could have returned something I was not satisfied with. Not with Gemini Subscriptions. I am now stuck with a magazine I am unhapy with.
There should be a law protecting customers where they may get a refund on anything they are dissatisfied with.
Gemini Subscriptions should not be allowed to continue to operate due to their no concer for their customers. I would love to see them shut down.
