Claimed i had a gas leak, turned off gas, said unit would explode if i didn't change out the gas valve. Total bill estimate $1,795.00

Tech said I had a gas leak, coil not up to code, shut off gas, said my unit would explode if I didn't change it out. $795.00
Said I needed a UV Germicidel Lamp for mold. $1295.00
Said outside unit needed cleaning. $150.00 for a grand total of $2240.00.

Second opinion: No Gas Leak, unit running fine.
UV lamp optional Outside does need a cleaning from debris. I was on edge for four days until I could get a second opinion
