Tim Austin, the owner of Championship Advertising (a smart circle company), hires around 10 people a day. Tim then fires 8 or 9 of the 10 employees he hires after making them work at least 9 hours for free (he calls this an 8 hour "job interview") if you are unlucky enough to get hired he will tell you that he is putting all your money in a security account. When you try to withdraw any money from the "security account" he will tell you that you can only withdraw money from the account by calling Malinda on Thursday before 11 in the morning. After a few weeks of selling coupons door to door (despite the fact that he said you would be manager within a week) you will want to quit. The coupons themselves are a rip off so you have to lie to people in order to get them to buy. If you don't like lying you wont sell.
After working at Championship Advertising I got one of my friends to work there with me. Tim got him to drop out of college, quit both his other jobs, waste all his money on new clothes and shoes, made my friend work for about a week, and then he fired him without giving him any reason and refused to pay him the money in his security account. After he fired my friend I just wanted to withdraw my security money so I could quit, but he refused to pay. I quit after spending around 300 dollars while working for him, he never payed my friend or I a single cent. He promised 50 dollars a day for training, he said we would get at least 150 a day once training was complete but in the end we sold worthless coupons for 25 bucks a piece so he could keep all the profits.
A lot of his clients are listed on his website www.champadvertising.com, others include Express Car Wash, Brazilian Grill, Joto's Pizza, Papa Johns, Orlando Magic, Disney, Tire Kingdom, Good Year, Diamond Players Club, Ale House, Tampa Bay Devil Rays, and Applebee's. You should not do business with any of these companies until they stop doing business with Tim Austin. Tim Austin is the most dishonest, sadistic and ruthless person I have ever met. Championship Advertising is nothing but a tool he uses to make himself rich while ruining other people's lives.
