In Oct. 2004 I ordered two 10 ct. Gold chains from this website, that also has a TV show. Each necklace was valued at over $150.00 each, neither necklace has been worn, and Nov. 11 2006 I took them out of the jewerly cloth to clean them and they have tiny black dots all over both of them.
ShopNBC says they have no return policy as it's been over 30 days, but the representative I spoke with said they didn't sound like real gold to her. Real gold doesn't turn or get black. I got ripped off and they could care less. So watch what you buy from ShopNBC.com or on the TV show ShopNBC. Other web sites and tv shopping shows have a lifetime warranty on their "real" gold, just as a jewerly store would.
