I love my sling, but hate the company i bought it from.
I bought two slings from www.newnativebaby.com because i didn't know what size i'd want, and figured it'd be easier to return one rather than exchange it. The company made it sound easy enough, just send it back and they'd refund my credit card.
I love the new native sling. It's so easy and simple to use. My baby loves being carried in it. I decided which size i liked and sent the other one back.
I hadn't heard from the company in three weeks, nor seen a refund applied to my credit card. I emailed them and promptly received a phone call. They hadn't seen my package.
When asked how i shipped it, i told them via the postal service. The woman responded by saying "when i ship via the postal service i usually get a tracking number put on it." only problem is, i hadn't mentioned that i didn't, nor had i mentioned that i didn't know if they'd received the package or not, just that i hadn't heard back from them.
It's obvious to me that they received my package, saw that i didn't pay additional for any tracking options, and knew that since i couldn't prove otherwise that they could keep my money AND my sling.
Live and learn. Don't ever send anything through the postal service and don't ever deal with small dishonest companies like that found at www.newnativebaby.com
