DO NOT USE Blue Haven Pools - I am warning anyone that will listen - The salesman Ripley Shylock is a professional liar and will do anything possible to get you to sign his contract. Also, he will insist all the other companies you have been talking to are in numerous lawsuits so you will be scared into a BHP contract! My pool took 12 months to complete a promised 30 day job! The concrete deck is a joke and is cracking everywhere, the tile has popped off in several places and NO calls of mine are ever returned! All BLue Haven wanted was money, and A lot of it! Nothing is warrantied, the warranty is a scam and a lie! I have been researching them and it looks like NATIONWIDE they are hated by every single customer they built for... World's largest??? Worldest worst!
