Ladies and gentlemen my name is Sgt Axxxx Pxxxx, I am a 7 years veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I happen to have inside information concerning this problem. I purchased a male german shepard from Ms. Roberts about a year and a half ago. And I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt, that he is by far the greatest quality of animal it has ever been my privilage to own. Ms. Roberts has always bred the dogs she has owned and she has been highly regarded by everyone that has purchased a dog from her.
Mr. Cox on the other hand has had several complaints proir to this. The problem with Mr. Cox is that he has inferior dogs with hernias and finds unsuppecting people who want to breed with his dogs. Ms. Roberts lost approximatly $5000 dollars due to the low quality of his dogs. And it took Mr. Cox 4 months to finally sign the AKC papers, only to cover his trail and not anger the AKC. Mr. Cox is a coward and a thief. I have had two tours in Iraq and never have I seen such an evil man. For your own safety please stay away from Mr. Cox and allow the proper authorities to deal with him. Ms. Roberts will be in my prayers and the good lord will take care of the rest. Mr. Cox is a disgrace to the human race. We have a Sgt in the Marine Corps who has responded to this report, and now Mr. Cox feels the need to verbally bash this Marine. This Sgt has served our country and has fought not once but TWICE in Iraq, while protecting "our" freedom. This brave Marine is serving his country, protecting and risking his life for all of us, so we can enjoy our freedom, this includes Mr. Cox, and this is the thanks he gets?!
I find Mr. Cox's personal attack on this U.S. Marine disgraceful and disgusting. Mr. Cox is a vulgar, disgusting being PERIOD!

Mr. Cox lied in court under oath to obtain a judgment on me earlier this month. The ONLY reason he obtained his judgment is because the Judge looked at the case as that he finally signed off on the AKC litter application for the AKC, NOT me.
The facts of this case are just what they are facts. Mr. Cox is a worthless being period. Mr. Cox was to get the male pup from this litter, PROVIDED that he supply ME with the AKC litter application as sire's owner. He failed to do so, therefore forfeited his "pick of the litter male vs stud fee". Mr. Cox refused to provide ME with that litter application and did so for over THREE months. He refused my attorney, the IL Attorney General's office, and the AKC. AKC wouldn't accept "no" for an answer, because I submitted the pictures of the mating. So there was no way Mr. Cox could deny the breeding. I had to advertise the litter as "pet prices" without AKC papers because of Mr. Cox.
I had to file a complaint against Mr. Cox with the AKC in order for the AKC to obtain HIS signature. I did not receive the litter application until the pups were 8 wks old. He wants to post on here that he freely signed his name on that litter application he did NOT, and when we go to court next week that will be PROVEN. So don't claim victory just yet Mr. Cox, its not over yet. Also, his taped conversations where he refused to sign off will be heard as well.
The facts of the matter is I have FULL vet documentation on Calla from a VET that states Calla has NO health issues, NO defects WHATSOEVER. The umbilical hernias that the pups had were surgically repaired, and all are fine, since Calla has no umbilical hernia and this problem is a hereditary issue the only dog it had to be passed from is from Mr. Cox's sire, Marco Abea Z Mirkova Chovu, which is his "$30,000" stud dog.
Unlike, Mr. Cox I am a very honest person, I was upfront with my customers and sell every single pup with a health certificate and health record with full vet exam PRIOR to sale. I disclosed to my customers the problems I had obtaining the AKC papers and told them why the pups weren't being sold with AKC papers. My customers were completely happy with their puppies. I have a "gallery" link on my website that is much like a "reference" page. People know the truth here. I have customers who refer me to others and this has been the result of GOOD business practices for 20 yrs.
Mr. Cox wouldn't know the truth if it bit him in the face. He is a pathalogical liar for one, and a very miserable person indeed.
Mr. Cox wants to bash me and throw a victory party that he won a judgment against me. Big deal. The facts still remain that Mr. Cox is and always will be a liar, & a very dishonest person.
I knew he was a liar and a horrible person from my own dealings and from what his past customers have told me about him, but now when he made the response to the Marine that is overseas is very, very disturbing. Why would ANYONE want to have ANY type of dealings with this man after he degrades a member of our military? It just goes to show you that Mr. Cox does not care about anyone, he has no respect for himself, and certainly his country to bash a service member, this just sickens me!
