Dan Weldy, publisher of Prep Magazine, has on several occasions advertised for writers used their work and then not paid them.

He has also been known to misfile income tax and other tax payer information.

He will continuosly tell you the check is in the mail with a variety of excuses. He will also attempt to deny payment for any number of reasons. See enclosed copy of emails.
