Netxel with sprint is a very mis-leading company because i was told that i was over my minutes but i haven't used the phone in. If i did it was mobile to mobile an i'm told i have bonus minutes. But i have already used them so i'm told. But one page says i have used 389 but i have a 300 min plan. But i'm told i have used over 800 min.
How is that? In it is not stated when call in. Check my min but it state that i have used 389 anytime min. Real smart on there part trying to fraud there clients in leave the info for you to go over the whole account. And want to know why can't the customer view there call on line day by day? But i was told the reason being was because there software is not capable of that. But it is.
Funny 5 years ago it was possible. This is the day of technology. Anything is possible. All other carriers seem not to have an issue with doing so but nextel airtime usage or calculated by an computer and they can view the customer call log at any given time. But we are unable to what rip off anything for a dollar i guess but it is ironic that you can view it when the bill is printed and not before. But there so called a company of so many choices. Yeah right!
