Ripoff scam artists presenting themselves as business brokers obtained a totally refundable check then dropped out of site upon writeen request for refund we were told to go to arbitration

We too were victims of these scam artists. As successful small business owners it's embarrassing to think we actually wrote a check and gave it to them to potentially bring us a buyer for our business.

We were assured that if they were not successful, our money was totally refundable.

They not only didn't provide any leads, but dropped out of sight and upon requesting a refund in writing, we were told to go to arbitration.

Our story is the same as all the others. We very much want to be involved in stopping these con artists as well as being a part of any class action suit.
