I purchase the phone in January with a rebate deal that i was to get a $150 rebate after continuous service from Nextel. I sent in everything on time and now they claim that Nextel told them that my service was disconnected at some point in the past. I contacted Nextel and they told me that my account has been in good standing. So i called Inphonic againt but they refuse to help... Saying "there is nothing they can do about it".
I will report to every government agentcies i know about this fraudulent company. If they are local to where i am, i would file a small claim lawsuit against them. Report to you local legal authoritie and get this bs out of business!
Beware and dont by cell phone online! Get from a store where they will have more accountability.
