Signed me up for something i didn't sign up for myself nor do i want it

I receiced an email for myiproducts informing me that i would receive a conformation letter about voicemail i did not sign up for. I was told it would be bill to my home phone number. I did not sign up for this nor do i need voicemail because i have it with bellsouth and am very well pleased with it.
