IMail Voicemail Service
I received the same email shown in your posting. I never signed up for or agreed to anything like this. The check box and order button referred to by the employee in the rebuttal must be hidden or disguised

So what can we do, where can we go for help? Some how they weaseled this in. I didn't sign up for or agree to ANY voicemail service. I then received this "welcome" email. The body of which, in part, is below:

As soon as you receive your Welcome Letter you can begin using your Myiproducts iMail service for an unlimited amount of time each month for our low price of $14.95 per month. If your friends or family are not part of the Myiproducts iMail, NO PROBLEM, sign them up today and receive a free month of voicemail service!!!

Please look for your Welcome Letter so that you can begin using your new Myiproducts iMail! You will see your low monthly service fee of $14.95 automatically billed to your home telephone bill each month.
