I made a payment on their online site for a one year subscription for myself at $8.49, and a second one year subscription for another person at $8.49. They charged my credit/bank card for both subscriptions. I then received a letter from them stating that they only received payment for one subscription and that I owed them another $8.49. I emailed them copies of my bank statement, I mailed them copies of my bank statement, and I talked with them several times on the phone and they still insisted that they didn't get my payment. I then canceled my subscription over a year ago and I still have not received any refund from them of any kind. Nor have I received any issues of their magazine.
