Claimed not to have received my cancellation. Scam

I had a subscription to Fitness Magazine a year ago. I canceled my subscription via the online link on the website titled "cancel your subscription." This was confirmed on 5/11. I was told that I would receive any issues that were currently sent out and that I would receive a refund.
