We were in Canada and shipped 3 oil paintings to ourselves in the US and now are told 2 of them will not be coming as they are lost. We recieved one of them. Has not been a month yet and they told us they are lost permanently. Ripoff Dhl nationwide Canada

They are permanently lost according to dHL

Were shipped Oct 20 and they are already telling us to file a complaint if we wish. They have done all they can do.
They are gone!

We know addresses on cartons are correct as we addressed them ourselves.

We feel they are at the US Customs in Vancouver as they did not put Airway bill on them as they know they are supposed to do. They supplied one Airway bill for 3 packages. Two are lost. We recieved one of them.
