Be warned! If you ship a package of any value, even with extra insurance, and it is lost in shipment, you will NOT be reimbursed for your claim by UPS. Sure, UPS will investigate your claim. But then, they will dump the matter on the local Postal Express office through which you have shipped. This local Postal Express office has no incentive at all to satisfy your claim, and will simply drop the ball. UPS will not help you collect your claim. UPS won't even send you the paperwork regarding their "investigation" or your "claim".
Their "supervisor" at UPS will simply say "I'm sorry." and then hang up on you. So, if you lose a package shipped by UPS through Postal Express, be aware that if that package is lost, you will get nothing. Do not ship through 3rd party shippers like Postal Express if you expect fair treatment in the event of a lost package.
