I submitted my rebate with all required paperwork on 8/4/06, despite the negative reports of On-Rebate, I had OK luck with them in the past.
Apparently, they aren't paying out rebates any longer, and likely, are holding on to my money. It has been 16 weeks and my account has said "Payment Pending" for nearly 14 of those 16 weeks.
My emails are being IGNORED, customer service is failing to respond. I can only assume they intended to commit fraud, and unless I have resolution, I will file a report with my attorney general, and open a class action lawsuit.
This kind of customer service and fraud is intolerable, and I want some resolution on this matter.
