Troubles getting rebate. Ripoff

I finally got my rebate from OnRebate.com.
Rebate showed a check mark next to "rebate accepted on 10/9/06" and an X next to "payment sent" until today (2/8/06).

Payment was supposed to take 8-10 weeks. It was 16 weeks before payment was received.

I sent multiple emails to onRebate.com which were never responded to.

Their phone # gives a phone tree which offered no way to speak to a human.

I finally called Tiger Direct (which was where I bought the device that had the rebate). After waiting on hold for 50 minutes for them to answer, they politely took my info and said they would look into it. 2 days later, one of my emails to onRebate.com was responded to, and the next day the rebate showed up on my payPal account.

So, if you're having trouble with onRebate.com, call Tiger Direct. They were quite helpful (although took a long time to find a human there).
