In May I purchased a TV from TIGER DIRECT which had a $100 rebate. I had no problems submitting the required information to Onrebate.com which apparently processes rebates for hundreds of brands.
I was able to track my rebate on line. It was received by Onrebate.com on 10 May. After listing various internal processing dates on the tracking page, the last entry shows 30 June as: payment pending.
It has been over 4 months since Onrebate.com received my rebate request but the company has yet to issue a check. I suspect that the company may rely on the fact that many customers forget that they have a rebate outstanding, and don't follow up. Although I have no beef with Tiger Direct, I will think twice before ordering anything else from them or any other on-line company who processes rebates through Onrebate.com.
