I have the unique perspective of someone who works with Tom Law and his staff occasionally on-site in Clearwater.
While I can't speak for everyone on his payroll - in fact, for very few, I can speak toward Tom and his management with some amount of surety.
If Tom is a liar or a rip-off artist, then I am not aware of it. I have worked closely with him for over a year now, and had an opportunity to not only see and hear him dealing with customers directly, but also to have a VERY good understanding of his practices, since I programmed his system.
There are many many ways to "scam" consumers in this particular field, and as many opportunities as Tom has had to either cut costs, or speed up the process of getting the system online (which wold have almost always been at the expense of the consumer), he has always opted to take the time and invest the monies to make sure that proper and resonable constraints were in place to keep the reps honest, and the clients' information secure.
There have been other times I have seen him work with an irate client (either on the phone or in person), and have been impressed with how often he errs on the side of the consumer - a few times "eating" the cost of a refund or extra monies required to offer services not originally contracted.
Believe me, don't believe me... No worries, but if Tom isn't a stand-up guy and reputable businessman, he desrves an academy award.
P.S. If you check his record out at the better business bureau, you will find that in every case of complaint, the BBB has deemed him to have taken every reasonable step in resolving the matter or satisfying the client (when possible).
